Meet Boston Dynamics’ new robotic packmule, BigDog. This four-legged walker, funded by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency)—yes, the folks that invented the interweb—walks up/down hills, in snow, over cinderblocks and reacts to being kicked.
